When to use it
- Key races and hard training days at high intensity, where you want carbohydrate, hydration and caffeine from a single bottle
- Mid-to-late race bottles, with plain Drink Mix 320 earlier on, to manage total caffeine
- Early-morning sessions where you'd usually have a coffee
Good to know
- Count the caffeine in each bottle toward your daily total, and test your tolerance in training
- Not suitable for those sensitive to caffeine, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Mix: fill a 500ml bottle with water, pour in the sachet and shake hard until dissolved.
